2016 Swift Moselle - 2 bedroom - plot 106

£30,000

Licence ends: 31/10/2034

A lovely Swift Moselle, bought new in 2016, in a fantastic corner position (106) at the quiet end of the site, overlooking woodland.

The caravan has two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, plus a spacious corner sofa incorporating a double sofa bed, with room for an additional child to sleep.

Outside is a particularly large, fully enclosed plot, ideal for children and dogs, with a generous garden and lovely decking extending around the back and side of the caravan.

A peaceful, private position with plenty of outdoor space and 8 seasons remaining on the licence, which runs until 31 October 2034.

The asking price has been reduced to reflect that the 2027 site fees are not included.
